In the midst of a global pandemic–as brands shifted to more at-home services, car owners expected the same for their service experience. Ford had several offerings that were ripe for expansion: mobile service, in-app alerts and scheduling, pick-up and delivery.

the work

To highlight Ford’s convenient offerings that gave owners the freedom to do, well, nothing at all–we proposed an approach where the audience barely sees a car at all. Instead, we see the human benefit: Ford is enabling these moments for you to do whatever you want, whenever you want. Uninterrupted.

The campaign exceeded industry benchmarks and resulted in Ford expanding and further investing in their at home service offerings.

For audio ads, we pitched several scenarios to showcase the convenience of Ford’s offerings. We landed on the moon. A low key career highlight was recording these with the always-lovely Bryan Cranston. In space.
